There are many similarities in how I train men and women. For the most part, it’s based on many basic principles. One is that women mature earlier than men therefore training can occur earlier in life. But this type of muscularity and tone must be maintained — with less muscle mass than men, muscles decondition faster.

Combining balls, balance tools and weights, does something I call – sculpting skin. The body becomes more toned with a significant loss in body fat and muscle definition as you become leaner, longer and more refined physically.
